Phone call from a girl that wasn't involved in HR and just talked about the company to see if you were interested. Another phone conversation with the Sales- Team Lead who was not professional over the phone. I then had two video phone conversations scheduled with the COO and VP- speaking with the COO, he boosted about himself and the amount of money he placed into this start up and asked non- related sales questions, including math problems and equations that he expects candidates on the spot to answer. Overall, this is a start up- entry level position and there is no need to be interviewing with the COO.
