-Recruiter reached out via LinkedIN -Initial Phone Interview with HR. The recruiter was very helpful in answering any questions you may have about the process and is very timely when responding to emails or phone calls. -Face to Face interviews with 2-3 people at the company (most likely people who I work with). This lasted about 30 minutes per person. All the questions asked were more to see if I had the experience they were looking for and whether or not I would fit in with the people there -HR called with job offer

I met with the account and strategy team on two different occasions, both times they showed eagerness to have someone help develop a new ad campaign. The interviewers were straight forward and transparent about the work that is done at the agency. They were looking for new thinking and stated that my background would help to cater to that need.
