      First round was with a recruiter and focused on my background and experience. The second round was with hiring managers, but it was difficult to follow due to heavy accents and unclear communication. The interview was also very focused on deep SQL and .NET questions

      Entrevista

      I am sharing this with utmost joy in my heart after getting my profile shortlisted in Healthedge for the role of Technical Support Specialist. HR reached out to me just a day after I applied for the same and she helped me with all the things right from initial communication to the final HR call for salary discussion. There were 2 technical rounds. 1st technical round was more of code and scripts. 2nd technical round went for more than an hour and the interviewer was clear with the questions and also provided me with the proper feedback on the areas of improvement. 3rd round was the best with the Hiring manager as again the interviewer was clear of the technical and functional roles and provided me the best of clarity on the work nature of that job and organisation. It was the greatest chain of interviews I've ever attended and woahh I was selected for that position as well. My HR round too went pretty well as the HR's drove me through all the benefits and parts of compensation and it was well in fair with the market situation. I'm eager to join them asap to start my dream role in a company that is going to grow and also going to help me grow.
