Referred by a friend that works at HealthEquity. Only had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, which I thought went well. Position was a bit different than my prior experience, but not too far off. Salary range was lower than what I was hoping for, but HE has really good benefits. Ultimately I did not move on to interview with the hiring manager. I have heard that HeathEquity hires from within much of the time, so I’m not surprised if they went that route. It’s a great way to get talent and saving on salary costs. If another position opens which is more in-line with my experience and salary range, I’ll absolutely apply.
