Basic interview questions via Teams Video. Was dealing with one lady who setup the interview, then interviewed with a different lady. After my interview, a new lady called and said she is not sure how I got passed the screening and they thought I would be a better fit for the non senior roll. After thinking, I advised I would and she told me the highest dollar amount they would go. I accepted that and the lady said that someone would be in contact with next week to interview. Umm, I just interviewed 2 hrs earlier. Waited for the new week to start, reached out as I hadn't received any kind of email/call. Had to reach out to 2 different people to get some response back and the lady said in a text that they would be in touch next week. Received 'moving forward with other candidate email' instead of a offer/2nd interview.

Questions included my experience related to the role I applied for. What larger employer groups I've had experience working with. Scenario based questions on a difficult employer/issue. How I responded, turned into a positive experience, etc.
