Applied and was contacted with in about 3 business days. They accommodated my schedule for an interview, as I had a job at the time. I told them I needed to know ASAP in order to make it to the next training class, and heard back the same day.

Relaxed, Straight forward questions regarding expectations , over the phone. Spoke to two people on 2 occasions. Both people were very kind and friendly. Was offered the job within a few days.

I was truly excited to interview for this position and to potentially join such a well-regarded company. I had the opportunity to speak with Stephanie and Charita during the interview process, and I appreciated the time they took to meet with me. However, I was informed that I would receive an update regarding the next steps, and unfortunately, I have not heard anything back.
While I understand that delays can happen, I wanted to express that the lack of follow-up has been disappointing, especially considering how enthusiastic I was about the opportunity. Clear communication is an important reflection of a company’s values, and I hope future candidates will have a more consistent experience.
