It was two phone interviews with regional and local hiring managers. First one was very brief and short, second interview ended up with an easy question which should not be a problem if u have good theoretical knowledge and practical skills .

Applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter who interviewed me about my experience. She let me know the location I applied for was no longer available, however sent my resume to another location. Rehab manager at that location called me the next day for a 30 minute phone interview. Within the next day, the recruiter called back and offered me the position. Whole process of applying and receiving the job offer took about 2-3 days.
