I had 2 people interview me by phone. They asked me a couple of questions that I thought were job related and should have been answered if I was already an employee and had read their company policies and had gone through their training. I thought it was very unfair. I could tell one lady did not like the way I answered the question and cut the interview extremely short. I then asked her if they were letting the applicants know the outcome of their hiring decision and they said yes. Well.. that didn’t happen, but it didn’t surprise me at all. These ladies don’t know the favor they did for me by not hiring me. Little did they know I received 2 job offers from other companies that did not cut my interview short and make their decision from one question. These companies had very nice managers that conducted interviews and made me feel at ease during the interview process and paid alot more than this company. If you ask bad questions, you get bad answers. End of discussion.

What would you say to a patient if they were hesitant about joining the care management program.
very short application process. began with online app. 2 separate phone interviews is all it entailed. 1 was with
the training coordinator, the other was with a "production manager". both were similar in nature. questions were very similar.

Really poor experience - arrived to interview, and receptionist brought me to the tiny office space.
The CMO was 30minutes late greeting me, wasn’t very apologetic about wasting my time while I stood in a corridor. Seemed unsure where within the tiny office to interview and brought me into a small messy room with used cups everywhere.
Then she gave an elaborate ‘hype’ monologue about the type of “Rockstar” they are looking for.
Really abysmal stuff guys. Walk the walk before you talk the talk.
