The recruiting process is exhausting for an entry level position. The team was very helpful in explaining the steps and responding to interviewees. Assessment Day: a big commitment from 10 am - 3 pm. First they give you an intro presentation; then a whole hour grilling on your background, past experiences, behavioral and technical questions, followed by your passion presentation; and there is a meet-and-greet session where you talk to the current team members in a group; after that there is a group exercise on a random topic; finally they gave you two timed exercises to take home. It's really a lot of efforts to put in.
