There was a long interview process, the team are very particular about who they hire. They are very focused on maintaining a great culture and have a really high bar for who they accept. Lydia was my main point of contact, and was really responsive and helpful throughout the process

You’ll be invited to a 15 minute interview with the cofounder, normal first interaction questions. Then there’s a task - you’ll have to record a video of yourself answering questions then prepare a task, selling an AI product to a random practise. After that, a CV interview before 2 unpaid (!!) days at their office. All in all not an unpleasant experience, but I think that many steps is over the top - should be able to hire without needing them to work for 2 days, that’s what a task is for! I didn’t feel any passion from them as we barely got to speak about the product & there was something quite smug about them… They are after very specific people so if you don’t fit whatever they are after, don’t expect to be given a chance.
