I came in to interview for PA position.On paper, i definitely qualify for the role. Interview was more of to get to know me to see if my personality was a fit for the company and if they're a fit for what I want. I received a call from HR a week later and she recommend that I try the MIT program first, so I agreed to that. But then she informed me that after the 6 month program, it's not a guarantee that I'd be placed in my hometown. That's something that was a red flag to me bc I did not want to relocate. I told them that, that was a concern for me bc I want to do the program, but I must be guaranteed a position in my town first. Its quite unorganized. I don't want to invest 6 months of my time and finish the program and not sure where I will end up..
