Mutli step process (phone interview, in person interview, working interview). Personality test and question based. Not always interviewed in the office which you would be working in. Does not have set protocol for working interviews.

A phone interview with the recruiter, then an interview with the regional manager. I was invited to do an in-office interview with the office manager. Lastly, a working interview as well.

One phone call from recruiter, one from the Regional Director, and a visit to the office to meet the manager. The manager called me a day or so later and said they would be sending an offer letter.

Entrevista
Great interview process. Told me about the job and gave me a tour of the office. Very friendly employees and willingness to train was beneficial. I felt like they were listening to my qualifications and appreciated my time talking with them.
