After finding the posting on glassdoor.com, I submitted the application. Was called several weeks later by HR for a phone interview with Recruiter, then phone interview with HR. The phone call was not warm and fuzzy

The HR contact was not particularly warm. Probably just her style of interviewing but if you want to get the best out of candidates, you should give them your best as well. Wanted to know specifically how managing teams was a challenge and how to resolve any challenges.
