Two seperate interviews with the heads of the location. Very easy going, looking for hunters who are passionate about the field. The leadership group there is excellent and care very much about the reps.

The interviewers are very transparent about the job duties and expectations which I really appreciated. You can also tell they have a lot of passion for what they do which bodes well. First round interview was a sit down for about an hour. Second interview you got to do about a half hour shadow with another agent which was very informative. I'm glad they have you meet so many people in the branch so you can really feel the culture.
