The process started with a phone call with HR, then the second round was with two senior people on the team. Very chill interview and asked basic questions, but they ghosted me after round 2

The interview process was fair and professionally conducted. It seemed a little weird that they asked if I would be interested in a Supervisor role instead (one level down and would have been a lateral move for me) but I said no because I wanted to stand my ground that I was more than ready to take on an AMD role.
