3 round process.
First round was a brief screening with HR. Next round was a 30min panel interview online with peers. Third round was an onsite panel interview with the HM and a senior stakeholder. I would give this experience a thumb up or neutral but the senior stakeholder was a very cultural insensitive piece of work.i shall not go into details or provide her name. This is an organisation that claims to champion DEI with 49% BAME representation - how dreadful. I didn't get the job but at least I received a call from HR with the feedback relating to lack of fit and the process being very competitive.
