2 stage interview process, consisting of 1 stage with 2 first level engineering managers and then a second and final interview with Director of Engineering and HR. Both interviews were held at Heatric's manufacturing site in Poole. Both interviews were formal and relaxed. The interviewers were trying to gauge personality and how you react to various problems.

The interview spanned the whole day and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Went for a tour of the facility after which the interview commenced which lasted for 1hour.Hi-Vis and safety boots were provided for the facility tour if I may add. The 1-hour interview was in 5 parts. The first section was more on competence based skills and experience while the other half was for deep technical stull
