A research assistant called and confirmed some information from my resume and asked me to come for an interview the next morning at 9:30. I showed up and the same woman asked me a few more questions before going to get the CEO for the interview. Then she came back and wanted to make sure that I knew that the position (which included HR functions, Payroll processing, A/P with vender disputes, A/R, Employee benefit negotiations, company tax return preparation and filing and all G/L and financial reports) paid between $18/$20 per hour - around $40,000 a year.

I was interviewed by Jim Hebert, the director, and two of the analysts. Jim asked a variety of questions to assess my personality, background, intelligence, and education. The interview lasted over a half hour. I was introduced to everyone in the office. I was offered a position an hour after the meeting.
