The hiring interview feedback is positive, hiring process is smooth and clear. The only reason why I’m grating this as a negative experience is, I’m surprised to see for such a big corporation to reject their candidates who have gone through several rounds interviews with them, with a very short, brief, templated rejection email.
I truly believe this is big no regarding HR and company culture. After your candidates invested so much into preparing all the interviews and show their interests, they AT LEAST deserve a proper rejection with proper reasons.
