There was no process, it is simply a digital interview that takes 30 minutes of my time and then has over 3 weeks of time lapsed between the completion and any followup (which is also automated).
It feels insulting that if its 15 minutes of digital interview time recorded that they "say" they review directly, that they cannot instead have a recruiter talk to me as a human being for 15 minutes to figure out that I might be a good fit for it or something else. The lack of respect at a director level is surprising, but likely is a clue to how they treat their employees.
