Entrevista
There is no communication between you and HR. They will ignore your emails. They do not care about the candidates. You are interviewed by HireVue (a software that videotapes your interview responses) which pretty much does the recruiters job for them. You record yourself answering these questions and then they watch it at their convenience and decide if you're worthy of them speaking with you. What a lazy way to work. You are asked approximately 5 questions, have two chances to record yourself and are given about 2 minutes per answer. It's super uncomfortable and degrading in my opinion to have one-way interviews. When I politely asked the recruiter if it would be possible to have a human being interview me and not HireVue, my request was completely ignored and I was then immediately rejected. It seems that she did not want to do her job and took the easy route. If they respected the candidates and wanted to actually get to know them, this would not occur.
I have one word for you HireVue. It is terrible.
If you ever are required to do an interview with HireVue-run the other way.

Entrevista
Had an interview and everything went really well. I was even asked to record a video when I was applying for the role. Lots of efforts were invested. I got rejected later and got informed that they don't sponsor international talents.
But the whole process was quite ok. Really liked this role and enjoyed the convo.
