I applied for a position in November of 2023 and interviewed for about 2 months ( following Dec/Jan). I would say that the beginning of the interview process felt very impersonal, I an not a fan of one-way video interviews and did not speak to an actual person nearly a month after these videos were submitted. When I did meet with a recruiter they were actually pretty friendly and gave a wonderful overview of the companies mission and values. The role was listed as remote and halfway through the internet I learned that this role would actually be hybrid, hopefully that is listed on all positions from now on as the bait and switch I certainly not appealing for candidates. Overall I did not get the position due to them restructuring the actual role which was unfortunate as the people I met with were lovely
