I interviewed at two different programs within Helio Health. The interviews were very different. One was with 3 different people and felt more formal. The interviewers did not seem very warm or friendly. The other interview was with one person and felt more like a free flowing conversation. The interviewer was very welcoming and friendly. That being said, that interview was originally supposed to be with another person who ended up calling out sick that day and did not make me aware of that. So, when I showed up to the interview, the staff at the front desk scrambled to figure out whether or not there was still someone to even interview me that day. I ended up accepting a position with them after the second interview, but I do think the interview process could be smoothed out a little.
