Initial interview followed by numerical and abstract reasoning task. Initial interview was very promising. The numerical resoning was very challenging, more so than for MBA entry! No feedback which was a surprise after a very encouraging first stage, but the email came from someone different. It did not appear to be well communicated.

Initial recruiter call, aptitude and advanced numerical tests, interview. Interviewer didn't show up for first booked slot. Asked to re-book in a couple hours and got frustrated when I was unavailable 2 hours later. Not the best start. Went through 3 rounds invested several hours to receive 1 line of feedback. ''Unfortunately, we have decided to move forward with another candidate''. Requested feedback to understand where I can improve for future applications, nothing, followed up several times and received nothing. The experience has totally put me off applying as a future candidate or purchasing as a customer. Probably the most disrespectful application process I've been apart of.
