Multistage interview including psychometric tests and a few interviews with the team. I've interviewed twice with this company. The first time I was given a job offer, then was ghosted when negotiating working days. The second time, the recruiter didn't even turn up to the interview. A few days later I got an email saying thanks for the interview and it was great getting to know you, but the role is closed for now.
