Applied for a position at Hello Molly. Was invited to a virtual interview, which went well and then I was asked to prepare a Proposal for the interview, without proper guidelines of task just said to “Think outside the box”. What really disappointed me about the process was that I was told I would be contacted to present my 50 page proposal. I didn’t hear back from the team for two weeks, then I receive an AI generated response saying that I wasn't successful. Being rejected doesn't bother me, but not taking 5 minutes out of your time for some honest feedback does, especially when I reached out and asked where I could improve. The same job was also subsequently relisted again after the rejection email, they have been looking to fill that role for 8 months now, which makes me think was the interview a way to gain ideas from numerous applicants without ever having to hire and pay an individual a salary?? What a waste of time!!!
