Th e overall experience, was great, i had the most amazing discussion with a talent aquisition, she was just amazing, After that i passed the take home project and i got rejected, but i was very happy with the overall experience, Few days later, i applied for an other post and i got a coding challenge interview, it was amazing also, the engineer reponsible for the test was very polite, and encouraging, i passed it, and moved to the technical interview. Although I didn't ultimately get the job, I appreciated the company's communication throughout the process. They were responsive and provided clear instructions on what to expect at each stage of the interview process

The first interview with HR was OK. They went very friendly and informative. However, I did not make it to the technical interview for some reason. When I asked for feedback, they practically ghosted me. HR sent me the typical email template, you know the one: "Thank you for applying at .... however, we decided to not to go forward with your application because we found another candidate that better fit our needs." Honestly, I do not understand their hiring process to determine whether someone moves to the technical interview or not. It even seems kind of random if you ask me and other people I know who have applied before.
