I am going to speak with them! - If you want to know what my BOSS thinks it is much better to ask them instead of the candidate but since when are references DICTATED by the recruiter? 2. Excel Test - One hour to answer 12 questions on a poorly organized spreadsheet Clearly this company needs to hire someone in HR who know how to recruit. This is not a company I would want to work for so I withdrew my application.
