Entrevista
Initial Skype interview with Global TA Manager running through my background and further into the detail of my experience. A further meeting with the COO followed by the CEO. Big focus on culture fit and also the ability to be adaptable and flexible given the fast pace of the business.

Im ersten Schritt ging darum sich kennenzulernen und darum wie sich der bisherige Werdegang gestaltet hat.
Im zweiten Schritt erhielt ich eine Aufgabe, welche ich in einem bestimmten Zeitrahmen lösen sollte.
Im darauffolgenden Interview haben wir meine Lösungen ausgewertet und sind einige Fragen durchgegangen, welche sich auf das technische Know-how beziehen.
Zum Abschluss wurde vom Team geschaut, ob ob es kulturell passt.

Was nice and friendly. Had a 40 minutes call with different questions, also got more information about the company.The recruiter was very communicative and friendly. One of the best interview experiences so far.

Entrevista
I applied by myself, and went through a first screening call, then a first interview with very typical and easy question, a take home exercise, and then a new interview with exactly the same content and questions as the previous interview. Very typical and boring interview questions that companies have been asking for decades and don't add much value. However, this time, I got rejected (despite being almost two identical interviews, with same questions and answers, just a different interviewer). I received an automated rejection email without any feedback about the reasons.
One year later, a headhunter of the company approached me on LinkedIn, but when I told her that I had been already in process one year before and asked feedback about that previous process before moving forward, she apologised and said we aren't moving forward now (without responding to my request of feedback).
I'm not quite impressed.
