I applied through Gophers.slack channel, a recruiter posted the job description to the jobs channel. 1) Skipe call with the Tech Recruiter, that was a very pleasured conversation. 2) Take home code challenge. The test was to build a CRUD REST API, I liked a lot of tests like this, IMO I cover almost all aspects of a very basic application such as Restful API design, code standards, unit and integration tests, database and very basic docker knowledge. 3) Interview with a Director of Engineering, we discussed all topics regarding distributed systems, Devops, Monitoring and etc... The interviewer was a very skilled engineer and that's the kind of peeps I wanna work with 4) Interview with CTO, yet another super nice talk, to me it was clare that he was concerned about hiring asswholes. In the end we discussed about Berlin lifestyle, family etc... My experience was absolutely awesome, one interview better than another. In that time, I was in my home country, and was very concerned about moving with family for a new Country in a bad job, in parallel I was doing interview with other 2 quite big companies (London, California) but I was more confident about the overall process process

One take-home assignment and a round to discuss the review comments. After which you will be called for a technical discussion and upon clearing, an offer will be made. The major focus is on technical assignments.
