Overall the interview went smoothly. Met with senior leaders/executives at the company at their office in NY. The process was much longer than I expected it to take, however. I originally went through an outside headhunter/recruiting firm; they took about 2 weeks to just schedule the screening interviews. From there, it was an in-person interview at HFHQ in NYC. The interview comprised 4 back-to-back 1:1 interviews with their senior leadership/executive team. It was another ~2 weeks before I heard anything. It was a little strange to continue working through the outside recruiting firm as opposed to their internal HR team on things like scheduling, offer, terms, etc, but overall a positive interview experience.
