Applied online and got a response to set up a chat with the recruiter. There was a Calendar link to book 30 mins. The recruiter called me on time. That was the end of anything positive about the experience. They ask a set of 7-8 questions which are off a script. It is a completely mechanical process with zero flow. The recruiter just goes through the motions. I personally found it quite a waste of time for me and a very dumbed down role for a recruiter. This is something that should be automated or be a part of their initial screening questions for written responses. There is no point scheduling a call during working hours to spew this nonsense.
