From applying for the position to the telephone interview and 2nd stage video call, The process was Flawless. Victoria Hazelwood from the recruitment team (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) was very helpful and was there to answer all questions that I had she kept me informed on all parts of the interview process, with updates via phone and email.
Charlotte & Karina from the Logistics team made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. Every member of the team that interviewed me were very easy to talk to and made it a very welcoming experience and interview process.

Entrevista
There were three interviews in total, one with talent acquisition (30mins), then the hiring managers (1 hour) and then the department director (40mins). The interview process and questions were standard with lots of “tell me about a time” questions. It was about 2 weeks from application to having the first phone call, I then had a formal interview 2 days later with the final interview a day after that. After my interview with the hiring managers, I was made to feel as if I was exactly what the company were looking for and that i’d be a perfect fit for the role which is why they were keen to get me in for an interview with the director very soon after. I did not hear from HelloFresh at all for 10 days, which is not great for one’s mental health when you have crippling anxiety. I then got a call which started off very positively, the talent advisor worded her feedback in a way where I would then be told I was a successful candidate. However, after 2 minutes of nothing but positive feedback I was told they had chosen another candidate. This would have been fine if I didn’t get a call from a recruiter 4 days later asking if i’d be interested in applying for a role with HelloFresh. The exact same role I had applied for and was told they had found another candidate for. The role is still up on various sites to apply for and has been up ever since I applied over 3 months ago. Going through the process of finding and interviewing for a new job is stressful enough without being lied to. HelloFresh, do your candidates a favour and just be honest with them, don’t lie about your reasoning and make them feel like an unworthy candidate after making them feel like they are exactly what you are after.

Entrevista
The interview process takes place in two stages, first a phone interview and then an in person interview. They both last between 30 minutes to an hour. Everything was laid out and explained very clearly and was a wonderful experience!
