Interview process was very transparent. Initial phone call with hiring manager followed by an excel "test". The test was challenging however they emphasized that they did not expect anyone to do perfectly, instead they wanted to see you problem solving skills.

I received a call with from an internal hiring manager after scheduling a time via email. After this first round, they an Excel assessment to turn in within 48 hours.
