Only did a first round of interviews, it was pleasant, however, there was a feeling as an interviewer was mostly reading the questions regarding the role, without being much interested in my experiences that would be beneficial for the position itself. It almost seemed as answering to scripted interview. Not very personal, despite of it being pleasant.

Specific questions about the processes within the supply chain management, and my personal experiences regarding that. Without much interest for transmittable skills required on positions that are not exactly the same as this one.
