It started with a phone screener done on Google Meets. It turned out there was no need for video and the interview was done only in audio. Very general questions about background, experiences, and relevant work. The interview was done in the morning and the reponse was given later in the day.

I interviewed for the position of Digital Marketing Manager under the paid online team. The whole process took around 1.5 months. The interview process was very straight forward, first a screening interview with HR, then with the hiring manager, then they gave me a case and 5 days to submit it and finally an interview with the team director. The 1st interview consisted on the typicall questions to see a match of my profile with the role and the company's culture. The second one was kind of odd, as it seemed more like a conversation about digital marketing tools rather than an interview (there were no behavioral questions, which surprised me). The case was about developing a digital marketing strategy for a specific digital channel for 3 markets. I think the topic was very broad, so I invested quite a lot of time in covering all the possible angles. During the presentation, the questions were easy to solve (they didn´t ask any technical question). The last interview with the director was also like a conversation. He only ask me to introduced myself, and then ask me to ask him questions. The only thing I didn´t completely like was the salary offer, given that it is below what I received in my previous role. However, I am betting on progressing quickly in the compnay.
