I applied online and heard back within three days. Scheduled a recruiter call. Recruiter seemed harried and did not remember details of our previous email. They should post their salary bands to find if there's alignment before hand. It felt like a waste of time to apply and take the call but realize that the range was so off.

Long process, but worth it! Culture fit is a priority and you can tell by how everyone has a great attitude and loves going into the office.
The interview process consists on HR screenings, case studies and culture fit interviews with multiple stakeholders.
