It went well. I interviewed with the two co-owners, which are brother and sister. They were courteous and friendly. They gave me an overview of the job and what my typical work day would be like.

First interview was with HR. I wouldn't even call it an interview. She ran down all the benefits like it was the last interview with a heavy emphasis on the profit sharing. It was kind of weird but what can you say. I then met with the hiring manager. He wasn't really fresh on new IT trends so it was weird also. He really didn't know the difference between a Product Owner, Project Manager and Scrum Master. For future reference they should not be the same person. The really weird thing is he went to the same school as me per his LinkedIn profile but when I mentioned this he didn't seem to know he went to that school. He remarked "I did go to XXX University, didn't I." He said good luck in next interview with his manager but I then got a rejection email. I had this weird feeling he lied about his education and didn't want me around.
