Entrevista
A simple phone interview to see how you match ( why’s re you interested in helloprint, tell me about your cv ). Then a full day at the office with 3 interview steps. You get to meet a founding member for lunch so that’s really cool, then an in depth interview about you as a person. Your motivation behind choices, what makes you get out of bed in the morning, what you life philosophy is ect.. I think they appreciate openness and honesty in that final round.
