The recruitment process was quite fast, and I had a pleasant conversation with a very friendly recruiter. After learning about my salary expectations, she called the manager to check if they could meet or come close to my desired rate. She later called me back and, with sincere honesty, explained that unfortunately, they couldn’t offer the salary I requested and proposed a lower amount instead. She also expressed her hope that if I don’t accept the offer now, we might be able to work together in the future under more agreeable terms for both parties.

Great interview. The process took about 2-3 weeks, the first screening was by phone, and then I had an interview at their offices in central Athens. Didn't get a job offer.
