Overall, it was a timely process. Interview began with a general HR screening with typical questions. Next followed a panel interview with engineers and a manager about a week later. Following that interview came an offer, verbal and written.

Process was very quick. I knew a former coworker who works at Henderson and had asked to forward my resume to the hiring manager. My resume was routed to a recruiter who contacted me for an initial screening. Unfortunately, the conversation was uncomfortable and the recruiter came across as unprofessional. Although my resume was eventually passed along to the hiring managers, the experience left a negative impression, and I chose not to move forward with the interview process. The interaction made me question the company’s culture.
