Received two interviews; one as a group with many other current employees and the other with the department head and immediate supervisor.

Applied online. Talked with dean of nursing. Was told there were several positions possible. Went to school and interviewed with dean in April. Was implied I would be offer the more lucrative position. Then didn't hear back for 3 months. They offered someone else that position but offered me an adjunct
