Interview is screened by the district manager. It consists of common interview questions such as "Why do you want to work here?", "Tell me about yourself", "Where do you see yourself in the future?" etc.

Applied online, process took about 2 weeks in total. Spoke directly with hiring manager which is good. Warning, the company will subject you to online IQ/EQ Caliper tests, so if you don't like that, don't apply. They also asked me strange questions in the interview like "what shape would best describe you," and asked me some brain teaser question that to be honest made me uncomfortable. Very weird all around.
