The interview process was all consumed into one day. I was interviewed by one of girl who works the as a teams leader, I think it was. I then had to do a telephone exercises which I was unprepared for as I was not told in advance. I then had to do a presentation to the teams leader and two of the employers who worked there at a higher level. Overall I found the experience to be very unprofessional and negative. I was also informed by the girl that the company fired two people within the last week, because they was not billing! I thought this was unprofessional to say, as I was on an interview! They also mentioned that the company does have a high turnover of staff due to their working conditions they have, many graduated leave. However, I have a feeling people leave due to how they treat them, as a number and not as an employee. Overall my experience was negative. They are good ethical recruitment companies out there you just need time to find them. Just not Henlow recruitment.

Took a couple hours. Was given some basic sales training during which was good. However, they were unable to tell me what the commission structure. Each person I asked including the Internal Recruiter, said they didn't know off the top of their heads as they were on different commission structures to what i would be on. When offered the job at the end, they tried to get me to sign the contract there and then, when i said that I wanted to take it home so someone else can have a look over it, they took the contract in front of me away and said they would email it over.
