Typical behavioral interview! Asked questions about college experience, career interests, work experience, etc. Mostly seems to be a “vibe check” to determine if the cultural fit is right. Something to note- this firm works in both general liability and worker’s comp! Good to know which arm you’re more interested in- majority of the firm is worker’s comp.

Just one interview. Nothing to be worried about. Very quick and easy. Very basic things about experience were asked. They also asked about preferences with work environment and problem solving. They got back to me pretty quickly also.
