First interviewed with Exec Recruiter. A week later I was contacted by an HR admin who was coordinating an interview with the Dev Dept. I provided availability then after a week of no response and an ignored email message requesting an update, I finally received the schedule for the interview. Interview was with direct reports for the open position, I ever spoke with the actual hiring manager but about 2 weeks later, I received an email from a 3rd HR staff member notifying me that I was not considered to move forward.
