Simply put, I was a referal by my materials manager. I filled out the application and my background check information. Turned it in. Received a call within 2 weeks to come in and discuss the job.

Background check questions. More often than not, the information does not accurately define the candidate nor does it speak to that candidates ability to perform the job.
