Interview call first with a retiree, then in person (but could be phone considering COVID). This depends on the unit you are applying to, it could vary depending on the facility as well

Staff of Nurses interviewed me collectively & asked a few questions each. They wanted to know what my goals were in Medicine in the long run. It was a good experience!
