It was a pleasant experience. First interview is by telephone. I was asked to come in for the second interview. Interviewed with very friendly person in HR. We discussed the company, the history and moved on to customer service questioning. Afterwards I interviewed with the person who would be my supervisor. This consisted of technical and customer service oriented questioning. This lasted about an hour and was in depth. Afterwards you are given an opportunity to ask questions regarding the company, position, etc. They do not make an immediate offer, this is handled as a team so they will need time to discuss.
