I interviewed with the recruiter, and that went well. I was then called back to interview with someone who would be my counterpart. I was then called back to interview with his superior. These were all virtual. I was then called into the office to meet. There were 4 interviews, each 30 minutes apiece with different division heads. This was pleasant. Finally, I was scheduled to interview with the executive leader for a 30 minute video call. Some interviews went long, others were shortened due to the interviewer showing up late. I followed up with every person after the interview. The whole process took about 2.5 months.
